We want you to love every item you purchase and feel good knowing that the proceeds support our mission. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 1 day of delivery.
To request a return, please email us at operations@shoprepurpose.org within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for return.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Original packaging and all tags must be attached.
Return requests made after 1 day of delivery will not be accepted.
The following items are non-returnable:
Final sale/clearance items
Gift cards
Personalized/custom items
Intimates, undergarments, and hygiene-related products
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
